GTS4-R is the rear counterpart to the GTS4, built for the same mountain-road driving, track days, and high-performance use. Four opposed pistons in a monoblock-forged caliper — CNC-machined from a single billet of 6082 aerospace aluminum — spread 26.45cm² of clamping area for a firm, controllable rear pedal, pairing with a slotted rotor cut in TEI's blade-pattern design and running M2 metallic pads standard with R1/R2 compounds available for track and competition use.

Fits 17–19-inch wheels. Includes caliper, rotor, brake pads, and mounting hardware.
